so, like, Ocard needs Draco's dragon form blood for his magical bowl or something (and apparently a partial transformation is sufficient...), and he, like, kidnapped Nefra to use as a bargaining chip...

or I'm just in the mood to draw really weird sh!t that doesn't necessarily mean anything, other then Ocard is just a super creeper!
