a dreadfully long overdue art trade that I started with :iconobsessedkitten: last year (oh the shame of it!)

in my defense, the reason I took so long was because I had absolutely no idea what to do this lovely character... other than knowing I wanted to go traditional again, because she was so fun to work with last time, I just couldn't figure out what to do with her...

then I thought maybe adding an animal of some sort would help things along... I originally wanted to do a puppy... an albino labrador to be more precise... but then it occurred to me that albino labs are rare... but albino bunnies aren't.

and since a good deal of *obsessedkitten's art has white bunnies and strawberries somewhere lurking about, it just sort of... got together...

oh, and I actually managed to draw a background traditionally! guess I can add this to the pieces for the show :D

still don't know if I want to go with markers or pencils on this one... will have to wait and see how my mood swings :meow:

OMG. You should have noted me about this wazz :P I haven't had time to go through my fav deviantartists latest (half year worth of) works until now AND I FIND THIS. OMG. MY YEAR IS MADE. And her adorably amazing locks are back and I'm just waaah I dont know what to say :) Thank you ever so much! Can't wait until the colours. (and I now realize my comment on the photo of your desk is stupid.) Now I will return to staring at it for a while!!!

The bunny's a lovely touch. I had a couple of albino rabbits when I was a kid. I like the ringlets in her hair, those look like they took some time. Great job as usual <3
