I just bumped into a random search for PSP games to download, and saw that "Final Fantasy: Dissidia" was sorta all over the place (in Japanese, bleh! curse you, you evil gap in languages!)

so I pop over at my favorite information encyclopedia (ah, wiki, where would I be without thee?) and according to the English release date...

it comes out in 2 months!!!!!

pinch me, I can't believe just how close that date is!

I know I don't exactly show my uber fangirllism over the series via loads and loads of crappy fanart (I say crappy cause all past attempts have been disgraceful in their final results) but I am a total FF addict!!! if I could afford it, I would buy every available figure online to place alongside my entire FF game collection! (minus FFX, that one was beyond sucktastic...)

and especially ones concerning FFIX (9), I absolutely adore IX. it was my first ever FF and RPG game. and no matter how often I hear that it was either lame, childish or just not worth playing, to me, it'll always be a hidden jewel among RPG games.

I've always been mega disappointed that IX was neglected in the Kingdom Hearts series (and Vivi in KH2 hardly counts, because all the main boys from FF 7-8-10 were included, so it only stands to reason that they should have at LEAST included Zidane, but noooooooo. curse you Square-Enix!!! )

so you might imagine just how excited I am to see this game coming so close to my grasp. ever since I saw the into on YouTube, I've been itching to see it come out in English. and now it's so gosh darn close, I can almost taste it!

gah! come on you stupid months! pass by already!
